Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent and proactive Project Manager with 46 years of experience in project management, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of infrastructure or solar EPC projects, from planning to commissioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders, and a working knowledge of project finances and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and closure.
  • Supervise cross-functional teams across civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Create and manage project schedules, resource plans, and execution timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
  • Track project progress through daily/weekly reports, site visits, and performance KPIs.
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control, vendor billing, and basic financial tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct review meetings, resolve conflicts, and manage escalations with agility.
  • Maintain thorough documentation including project reports, BOQs, work orders, and contractual records.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to report project status and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 46 years of proven experience in project execution, coordination, and team management, preferably in EPC or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project workflows, execution methodologies, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); working knowledge of MS Project or equivalent tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of project finances, budgeting, and vendor billing processes.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites, travel as required, and work under deadlines.
