About This Role
As a Regional Growth Leader, you will drive sales expansion, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across multiple branches. Your key responsibilities include managing Branch Managers, overseeing regional performance, and implementing digital-first strategies to achieve business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Own Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for multiple branches within the region.
- Design and execute regional sales & marketing strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market mapping for untapped markets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across branches.
- Expand presence in untapped markets using direct and digital marketing channels.
- Monitor KPIs for each branch and align strategies accordingly.
Talent Development & Leadership:
- Lead and mentor Branch Managers & Relationship Managers to build high-performance teams.
- Develop a culture of accountability through regular performance reviews and dashboards.
Digital Transformation:
- Ensure adoption of CRM, analytics dashboards, and digital tools across all branches.
- Use customer insights to shape regional campaigns and engagement.
- Champion the use of AI-driven lead management and customer servicing tools.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all branches.
- Standardize processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Maintain consistent service standards and NPS benchmarks across branches.
