Maintaining and Enhancing Customer Relationships via Virtual Engagement.
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships through virtual engagement. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships through phone-based engagement.
- Cross-sell banking and third-party financial products.
- Generate leads and drive revenue through virtual interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet assigned sales and service targets.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Insurance or BFSI sector.
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
- No frequent job switches (minimum 1 year in the current/last job).
- No employment gap exceeding 3 months.
