Job Description:

This role is for a Business Analyst to support market research, strategic analysis, and GTM execution across functions in a mission-driven venture focused on transforming specialty practices in India.


The successful candidate will work directly with the founding team to develop financial and operational models; translate research into decision-ready recommendations; assist in preparing strategy memos and investor materials.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market, customer, and competitor research; track trends, consolidate insights, and share updates.
  • Strategic Analysis: Develop financial and operational models; translate research into actionable recommendations.
  • Growth Support: Analyze new markets, partners, and services; contribute to marketing and sales materials; support core operations.

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, operations, or research.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data tools.
  • Preferred: Tier 1 undergraduate or postgraduate background.
