Lead Analyst/Principal Analyst/Associate Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining complex financial models, assessing credit risks, and collaborating with stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain advanced financial and credit risk models to inform business decisions.
  • Assess company-specific credit risks and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with front office teams to evaluate credit quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze earnings and material developments for covered companies to inform investment decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in credit analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • PREFERRED: Experience working with high-yield, stressed, and distressed credits.
