About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of economics and value drivers, with experience in financial modeling and valuation analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain complex financial models for business valuations and security valuations.
  2. Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and cash flow models to identify trends and opportunities.
  3. Maintain relationships with portfolio companies and stakeholders to track developments and key changes.
  4. Conduct research on company, industry, market/economic research, and create well-written analyses on each position.
  5. Oversee audit planning, provide support and analysis to external audit teams, and assist with annual audits relating to valuations.
  6. Generate reporting metrics, portfolio analysis, and maintain a database on analyses.
  7. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including consultants, valuation committee, auditors, and regulators.
  8. Fund accounting and investor reporting related aspects.
  9. Prepare material for investor communications.
