Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Growth Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with marketplaces, driving business growth, and identifying trends in the fashion and lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as our face in Bangalore to strengthen partnerships with major marketplaces.
  • Own business growth discussions with category managers to drive sales, visibility, and market share.
  • Spot trends and new styles in fashion, lifestyle, home & kitchen, cosmetics, and other relevant categories.
  • Promote our product pipeline and ensure faster onboarding of catalogs, approvals, and campaigns.
  • Drive exclusive opportunities for our brands through campaign slots, marketing banners, collaborations.
  • Build bridges by maintaining consistent relationships with platform teams.
  • Provide insights back to HQ on competition benchmarking, trends, category analysis, and platform updates.
  • Act as a growth driver by creating opportunities rather than just reporting numbers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–6 years in e-commerce growth / business development with strong exposure to marketplaces.
  • Skills: Excellent communication & PR skills, negotiation, and analytical mindset.
  • Must be a hustler who can think like an owner, chase results, and create impact.
  • High IQ & EQ, problem-solving attitude, and ability to thrive in fast-paced startup culture.
  • Passionate about market trends, style shifts, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong networking abilities with platform category teams.
