Financial Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team.

  • Fund Accounting:
    • Manage daily fund accounting activities, including maintaining ledgers, journals, and financial statements for the fund.
    • Prepare timely financial reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy.
    • Oversee fund performance tracking, including cash flow management and investor reporting.
  • US Taxation Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with US taxation laws for venture capital funds.
    • Monitor changes in US tax regulations affecting the fund's operations and investor relations.
    • Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate tax filings and planning.
  • Payroll Management:
    • Oversee payroll processing for employees, ensuring local tax laws compliance.
    • Manage salary calculations, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and handle administrative tasks.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    • Assist in preparing financial reports and audits, providing insights into the firm's financial health.
    • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for financial transparency and compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure financial operations comply with relevant regulations.
    • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for financial transactions, audits, and tax filings.
