Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management within the real estate or construction sector. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of RERA rules and regulations, project accounting, and statutory compliance. This is a full-time, core team role where you will work directly with the leadership and project teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting, book keeping, and finalisation of accounts for multiple real estate projects. Prepare and maintain project-wise cost sheets, budget tracking, and cash flow projections. Ensure complete and timely RERA compliance, including quarterly updates, financial disclosures, and audit coordination.

Handle TDS, GST, income tax, and professional tax calculations, returns, and filings. Oversee vendor billing, payments, bank reconciliations, and contractor accounts. Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams for audits and regulatory reporting.

Maintain proper documentation for project approvals, land transactions, and cost approvals. Generate MIS reports, budget vs. actuals, and financial summaries for management review. Ensure proper controls and internal checks in the accounting process to safeguard project finances.

Key RequirementsB.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/CMA Inter or equivalent qualification.5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Strong working knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate-specific accounting practices. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting/reporting tools.

Familiarity with project-based accounting, contractor/vendor payments, and cost monitoring. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and handle pressure.
