Assistant Management Role

This senior executive position is available for an experienced professional with a proven track record in finance and accounts management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine various tax liabilities, evaluate compliance documents, and process payments
  • Collect income tax declarations from employees, calculate net salaries after deductions, and prepare detailed statements
  • Verify and record receipt payment transactions, prepare reconciliation statements, and effectively manage cash and inventory
  • Process purchase sales-related documents and accurately enter accounting entries
  • Assist in making provisions under various financial heads, prepare depreciation statements, and generate reports on profit and loss accounts and balance sheets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, preferably in the energy or construction sector
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or similar certification is a plus
