At the core of our organization lies a sophisticated platform for IT service management.
We seek an experienced ServiceNow developer to spearhead configuration and customization of Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow SIR and VR module configuration and customization is essential for success in this role.
- Best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures should be familiar to you.
- Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow is necessary.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide are required.
- Proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer is crucial.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is expected.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are highly valued.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules is desirable.
- Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users) is preferred.
- Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine) is beneficial.
- Experience mentoring or leading technical teams is valuable.
