The role involves leading system administration, platform upgrades, automation, catalog design, workflow optimization, and stakeholder engagement across HR, IT, and Facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage configurations, catalog items, flows, and SLAs
  • Lead KT sessions, audits, and configuration governance
  • Drive automation, performance tracking, and cross-functional workflows
  • Ensure audit readiness and support compliance efforts
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for roadmap planning

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience with ServiceNow modules
  • Expertise in Flow Designer, scripting, ACLs, and integration
  • Strong experience with metrics, SLAs, upgrades, scoped apps, and data handling
