Job Title: ServiceNow Tester
">This role involves testing and validating the functionality of ServiceNow, a cloud-based platform for IT service management. The successful candidate will have experience with ServiceNow and be able to design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing test cases to validate the functionality of ServiceNow
- Identifying and reporting defects in the ServiceNow system
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve the overall quality of ServiceNow
- Providing input on the development and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git is also preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing
- Ability to design and execute complex test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git
