Job Title:

The position of Operational Efficiency Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, training needs, and suitable enablers.
  • Propose and implement process adjustments for higher efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Streamline cargo handling processes to meet customer service levels, airline requirements, and internal SLAs.
  • Support management in developing new service offerings by building robust and scalable processes.
  • Share best practices with the wider community.
  • Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training guides.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to staff to ensure adoption of improved processes.
  • Analyze operational issues and troubleshoot bottlenecks to drive sustainable improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
