Finance Director

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Director to oversee financial strategies and program management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, leadership, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial roadmaps and strategies
  • Lead multiple key initiatives around cost transformations, AI and Automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, global enterprise programs, and other finance related projects
  • Create project plans with clear objectives and milestones
  • Maintain accurate program budgets and resource allocation
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communications of project plans and status, risks and escalations, and project deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate obstacles for implementation of projects to ensure timely execution
  • Establish and track performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees if required
  • Align project portfolios with organizational financial goals and objectives
  • Provide executive-level oversight of critical transformation initiatives
  • Analyze and respond to changing strategic priorities and provide impact in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Finance leads to evaluate potential optimizations and strategic initiatives for impact, capacity, and priority
  • Support the development of business cases and programs as part of our finance strategy
  • Understand overall demand scope and dependencies and how individual decisions or actions impact the roadmap
  • Design and execute transformation initiatives for finance using Digital, Lean, and Six Sigma methods

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
