As a key member of our team, the Guest Services Coordinator will play a critical role in driving guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to resolve guest issues and concerns
- Implement process improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and reduce complaints
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and complaints
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement strategies to improve guest experiences

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in guest services or related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
