Financial Planning and Analysis Role

  • Prepare detailed financial reports, conduct tax compliance, and provide project financing insights through sophisticated models.
  • Support fundraising and transaction-related activities by analyzing financial data and creating financial models.
  • Develop and implement financial models, perform ratio analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making and fundraising efforts.
  • Generate comprehensive project reports, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure direct tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide expert insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning to drive business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA- Inter, Mcom, Bcom degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and other financial reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
