This will involve leveraging company resources to develop an efficient system that ensures all active sales files are readily available and up-to-date.

The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with other departments to create high-quality sales presentations. You will be responsible for overseeing the inventory of custom sales materials, such as brochures and presentation folders, to ensure they are always current.

As the primary customer service contact, you will provide exceptional support to clients with questions about their accounts or products. This will involve working closely with clients to resolve any issues and provide timely responses to their inquiries.

In addition, you will collaborate with other departments to bring in additional resources when needed to support the creation of sales presentations.
