Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in presales & solution consulting, preferably from the IT products sector.

The selected individual will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex sales opportunities, supporting RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and showcasing the value proposition.
  • Provide consultative support during sales processes, offering insights into solution value, best practices, scalability, and ROI.
  • Guide clients through decision-making processes, providing expertise on maximizing solution value.
Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and drive pre-sales strategies aligned with business objectives, working closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the Presales Centre of Excellence by introducing best practices and promoting innovation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive insights to inform solution strategy and positioning.
Advisory Role:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term strategies.
  • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment.
  • Provide critical feedback to these teams to refine their roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing and retention strategies.
Marketing Initiatives:
  • Work with Customer Success to understand client dynamics and create compelling case studies.
  • Articulate ROI delivered by Beroe's solutions through representative scenarios.
  • Lead the creation of industry-specific solution pitches.
