About Us
">Our company is building a global content marketplace that connects businesses with content creators to improve their content creation processes. Over the past 5 years, we have onboarded over 100,000 freelance content creators and work with top talent. Our clients include well-known companies like Amazon, Google, and HDFC Bank.
">We are developing a platform to help fast-growing businesses manage their activities from content creation to workflow management. To achieve this goal, we need a skilled Deal Desk Analyst who can oversee deal evaluation and pricing, align staffing plans with incoming deals, and ensure project governance from kickoff to closure.
">Job Description:
">- Partner with Sales and Capability teams to define pre-sales scope.
- Validate feasibility, effort estimates, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Calculate and validate costs, margins, and profitability using internal rate cards.
- Maintain and update proposal templates, trackers, and Deal Desk SOPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO, Deal Desk, or Resource Management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial modeling skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, project management tools, and communication platforms.

">- Process Orientation: Ability to create, implement, and enforce structured workflows.
- Staffing & Resource Planning: Understanding of utilization metrics, capacity planning, and skill-to-role matching.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to assess deal profitability and margin health.
- Project Governance: Strong grasp of project lifecycle management and reporting.
- Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal skills.
- Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Delivery, and Capability teams.
