Business Strategy and Store Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in assigned regions by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Oversee the implementation of store operations plans, ensuring compliance with standards and quality control measures.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Measure and report on business performance metrics, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.

 

Team Management:

Lead a team of store managers and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve business objectives. Conduct regular appraisals and provide coaching and mentoring to support career development.

 

Merchandise Management:

Recommend merchandise changes and identify gaps in product offerings to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Provide actionable insights to inform product strategy and optimize inventory management.

 

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure timely and accurate completion of store audits and maintain high standards of compliance across the region. Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring operational excellence and minimizing disruptions.
