Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead the development and growth of a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience, with the last 2-3 years in the role of a ServiceNow practice leader in an IT services company.

Core Competencies:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following core competencies:

  • Practice Building: Experience in building and growing a successful ServiceNow capability.
  • Solution Architecting: Strong understanding of ServiceNow products and platforms.
  • Capability Building: Ability to create innovative solutions and frameworks.
  • Business Pursuit Management: Proven track record of managing multiple accounts with P&L responsibility.
  • Operations and Delivery Management: Experience in driving successful client implementations and high CSS and CSAT.
  • P&L Ownership: Strong revenue and cost management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive delivery success through successful client implementation and high CSS and CSAT.
  2. Develop proactive relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
  3. Create innovative insights for customers and contribute to thought leadership documents.
  4. Collaborate with sales teams to define and enrich service offerings.
  5. Support marketing initiatives and pre-sales activities.
  6. Talent planning, acquisition, and deployment.
  7. Employee experience and culture development.
  8. Financial and operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a matrix organization and possess excellent communication and networking skills. They should also have high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
