Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who will own and drive all paid marketing efforts across platforms.

The individual will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.

This role requires deep technical expertise, sharp analytical skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale budgets in high-growth D2C environments.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the end-to-end performance marketing function for our platform.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Lead budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.

Build and manage a high-quality performance marketing funnel, ensuring CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks are consistently achieved.

Rerun rapid experiments with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.

Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to drive conversion rate optimization and campaign impact.

Build robust tracking and reporting mechanisms, leveraging tools like GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer, or equivalent.

Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to maximize performance.

Requirements

6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing D2C brand.

Proven track record of managing large-scale ad spends across multiple platforms.

Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.

Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or equivalent.

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and growth teams.

Bias for action, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
