Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Description

A creative agency in Mumbai, India offers a unique opportunity for a Client Servicing Executive to join their team. The role involves managing client relationships, creating presentations, and providing customer service.

  • This is a full-time on-site position for someone who wants to make a career in the advertising industry or is already working in this field.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client services, client relations, digital marketing, and account management. They should also possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing key client accounts and taking ownership of deliverables.
  • Coordinating and planning pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities.
  • Managing digital marketing and social media content calendars.
  • Making strong PowerPoint presentations.
  • Planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Managing social media accounts with engaging content and regular updates.
  • Running and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in client services, client relations, digital marketing, and account management.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry.
