Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Development Lead with 8-12 years of experience in the field to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong development skills in Oracle OBP and OBMA products, as well as expertise in requirement analysis and software requirement specification.

Key Responsibilities include performing requirement analysis, creating software requirement specifications, coordinating infrastructure teams on software implementation, writing software programs, maintaining source code, proposing modifications and improvements to existing systems, designing new software components or enhancing existing system components, evaluating systems and processes for compliance with requirement specifications, and writing and reviewing project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in backend development
  • Strong development skills in Oracle OBP and OBMA products
  • Expertise in requirement analysis and software requirement specification
  • Ability to write software programs, maintain source code, and propose modifications and improvements to existing systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
