Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and Development
  • Create high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code using Node.js and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with frontend components and other backend services.
Solution Design
  • Participate in solution design discussions, providing insights to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement code according to architectural best practices, with guidance from senior developers.
Code Review and Testing
  • Contribute to code review processes to ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain code quality.
  • Write and execute unit and integration tests to verify code functionality and performance.
Troubleshooting and Debugging
  • Identify and resolve bugs or issues in collaboration with the team.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
  • Prepare documentation for code implementations, APIs, and backend workflows.
  • Ensure documentation is clear and accessible for team reference and future maintenance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing scalable software solutions using Node.js and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
