Job Summary

This position serves as the principal Finance business partner for D365 F&O across APAC and EMEA, bridging Finance and IT to ensure clean, compliant data flows into the data warehouse and Business Intelligence systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Finance leaders, Plant Controllers, and the D365 F&O technical team to drive process excellence, accelerate close cycles, and deliver insight-ready financial reporting.
  • Configure and support all Finance and Manufacturing-costing modules, optimizing standard/actual costing, WIP, inventory valuation, and variance reporting processes.
  • Provide day-to-day support for Finance and Finance-Operations modules, acting as an escalation point for critical issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly valued.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting Finance systems, with 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Consultant with hands-on D365 F&O Finance module expertise.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and controls (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
