Regional Cybersecurity Executive

This is a highly strategic position responsible for overseeing the cybersecurity posture of one or multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and standards, as well as experience in managing teams and driving business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for region-level cybersecurity matters;
  • Functionally managing Site Cybersecurity Officers to ensure consistent application of Group policies and procedures;
  • Deploying and maintaining the Valeo ISSP within the region, assessing, and improving the overall cybersecurity posture;
  • Coordinating and resolving regional cybersecurity incidents in a timely and effective manner;
  • Providing regular reporting and insights to support business decisions;
  • Contribution to the evolution of Group Cybersecurity programs and initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, preferably in an international setting;
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO 2700x, NIST, NIS…);
  • Technical expertise in areas such as malware, patch management, firewalling, and other infrastructure/network/system/database/application experience;
  • Proven team management experience, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
