Content Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Content Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and streamlining processes to ensure seamless collaboration between cross-regional teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize processes that support smooth running of the content delivery process.
  • Develop standardized workflows and processes that ensure consistency and quality while addressing the specific needs of each region.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across regions to identify pain points in the content delivery process and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure regional content planning workflows are aligned with global content strategies, timelines, and priorities.
  • Establish and manage operational frameworks to ensure timely and high-quality content support, and visibility.
  • Ensure that content-related issues are quickly identified, addressed, and resolved, escalating to leadership when necessary.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in content operations, project management, or related fields, with a strong focus on cross-regional collaboration and process optimization.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront (or similar project management tools) for task tracking, reporting, and workflow optimization.
  • Proven experience in developing, managing, and optimizing operational processes for global teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple, complex initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Proficient in using Adobe Workfront to manage content projects, streamline workflows, track project timelines, and create detailed reports.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, data visualization, and dashboard creation to analyze and report on content operations.
