Job Title: Deputy Manager

This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, providing strategic direction and ensuring the organization runs smoothly.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits of members and internal departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies on onsite inspections and joint inspections as per the prescribed timeline.
  • Create awareness amongst members regarding best practices and mandatory requirements to promote compliance.
  • Prepare and verify inspection reports and checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Visit or inspect authorized persons of members and conduct member compliance workshops.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant / Cost and works accountant (CMA) qualification.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of total experience with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in broking/exchange/financial institution operations.
  • Proven expertise in audit procedures is essential.
  • Familiarity with exchange ecosystem and operations, accounting, and audit principles, policies, and internal controls.
  • Excellent written communication, attention to detail, analytical skills, time management, and process adherence are required.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of exchange operations, auditing principles, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and adhere to strict timelines.
