Job Title: Cybersecurity Operations Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead our security infrastructure and ensure the protection of our information systems against cyber threats. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure network architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure network architectures.
  • Performing live DR activities and DR drills periodically to ensure business continuity.
  • Working knowledge of server, storage, and network architectures to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Manages an outsourced team for daily operations/activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Effective mapping of new technologies to organizational requirements, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and error-free asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware and software assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Information Security Policies: Develop and implement information security policies and procedures.
  • Vulnerability Assessment: Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in information systems.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and report on compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Disaster Recovery Operations: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
  • Security Operations: Manage security operations, including incident response and threat hunting.
  • Network Security: Design and implement secure network architectures.
  • SIEM and Log Management: Implement and manage SIEM and log management solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements.

Education and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. 4-5 years of experience in information security, preferably in a leadership role.
