About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Threat Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security threats, managing incidents, and reporting on key findings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor enterprise customers 24x7 from a state-of-the-art SOC centre in Hyderabad, India.
  • Analyze security threats, manage incidents, report on key findings, and perform forensic analysis.
  • Work across three shifts on a rotation basis, focusing on threat monitoring and incident detailing (L1) or incident analysis, data collection, and report preparation (L2).
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year to maximum six years of experience in a SOC environment, preferably in a tech company.
  • A strong interest in cybersecurity with demonstrable work projects.
  • Experience in networking and system administration who transitioned into security is preferred.
  • Graduation in any science or engineering subject or industry experience for one/two years with networking/admin background.
  • Proficiency in Linux, knowledge of GitHub, and basic understanding of shell and Python are required.
  • A deep understanding of the MITRE framework, cyber kill chain, and its applications in real-time monitoring is necessary.
