Job Title: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant / Specialist

A role is available for a highly skilled Experience Cloud Expert with a minimum of 6 years of Salesforce expertise and proven hands-on experience in building and managing Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) solutions.

This opportunity is for immediate joiners who can deliver impactful solutions with minimal supervision, working remotely.

About the Role

The successful candidate will design, configure, and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud portals tailored to business needs. They will develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex to extend platform functionality.

Responsibilities include customizing branding, theming, templates, and layouts in Experience Cloud, integrating Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs, ensuring platform security, scalability, and performance optimization.

The Experience Cloud Expert will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, provide technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements for Experience Cloud implementations.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must have:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Experience Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud branding, customization, and portal management.
  • Hands-on expertise in APIs, integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional desirable qualifications include exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or industry-specific Salesforce products, familiarity with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.), and experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
