Job Title: Salesforce QA Tester

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Tester to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications. The candidate should have expertise in manual and automation testing within Salesforce environments, including configuration and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce enhancements.
• Validate workflows, triggers, validation rules, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and API integrations.
• Test Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Perform data validation and migration testing for deployments.
• Utilize Salesforce testing tools (Provar, Selenium) for automation.
• Document and track defects in JIRA or similar tools.
• Provide UAT support and post-deployment validation.

Required Skills:

• 6–10 years of QA experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration/customization.
• Proficient in manual testing, with exposure to automation (Selenium, Provar).
• Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman.
• Knowledge of Apex testing frameworks and Lightning UI testing.
• Hands-on with JIRA, HP ALM, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Admin or QA certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub).
• Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce environments.

Contract Details:

• Type: C2H (Contract-to-Hire)
• Work Mode: Remote
• Duration: 6 months (extendable / conversion to full-time possible)
