**Role Overview**

BhashSMS is one of India's leading Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and RCS messaging providers. We are a profitable and rapidly scaling company that is now building a professional tech team in Bangalore to power the next phase of growth.

We are seeking a skilled **Tech Lead** who can lead our engineering team while actively coding and solving high-scale technical challenges. This is a key leadership role working directly with the founder to design, build, and scale our messaging platforms.

  • Lead the design, development, and scaling of our SMS/WhatsApp API & campaign platforms.
  • Work hands-on in PHP/MySQL (current stack) while planning transition to microservices (Node.js/Go/Python).
  • Architect and manage high-performance APIs, distributed systems, and database optimization.
  • Ensure 99.9% uptime, security, and cost optimization of infrastructure.
  • Build and mentor a lean team (backend, frontend, QA).
  • Collaborate on roadmap, new features, and compliance (Meta, TRAI, RCS).
