Square Yards, a full-stack proptech platform, offers an innovative consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishings, rentals, and property management. They also develop proprietary B2B platforms for developers, financial institutions, and agents.

The company has a strong global presence, generating significant revenue from markets such as the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Utilizing data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards is innovating the traditional marketplace ecosystem and expanding its B2C platforms to become category leaders.

Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Area Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Senior Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide training and mentorship to team members.
RequirementsQualifications
  • Experience in sales management, including team leadership and strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of market research and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus.
