We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead a team of analysts in delivering timely divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, ensuring the timely delivery of divisional analytics packs that provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • They will own service delivery as per defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with business divisions.
  • Responsibilities include driving FP&A transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning & analysis tasks.
  • Partnering with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact is essential.
  • Leading annual planning by collaborating with multiple key stakeholders is also a key responsibility.
  • Closely coordinating close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and preparing content for senior leadership reviews is necessary.
  • Developing sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and delivering deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making is critical.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance critical reporting capabilities is also required.
Requirements:
  • At least 12 years of post-CA Finance experience is mandatory. A CA qualification is also required.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector, is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is necessary.
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge is also required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are essential.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment is also required.
