Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead the design and development of advanced Market Mix Models (MMM) using Bayesian frameworks. Your expertise will help us improve MMM accuracy and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop efficient and scalable probabilistic modeling tools to support MMM
  • Integrate econometric principles and advanced statistical techniques to improve MMM accuracy
  • Explore emerging methodologies like multi-touch attribution (MTA) and incrementality testing to complement MMM
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Expert-level Python skills and experience with libraries like PyMC3/PyMC4, NumPy, pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn
  • Deep expertise in probabilistic programming and Bayesian frameworks, with experience with libraries like Stan, TensorFlow Probability
  • Strong grasp of econometric modeling, time-series analysis, causal inference, and hierarchical/multi-level modeling
  • Advanced knowledge of media attribution, channel optimization, and marketing KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, SageMaker), Azure, or GCP for scalable deployments
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in Market Mix Modelling or marketing analytics, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects
  • Advanced degree (master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
