Sales and Business Development Leader

Drive sales growth and business expansion by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy. Foster strong relationships with clients and intermediaries to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Achieve commercial success by driving sales growth, building and maintaining multiple relationships, preparing client proposals, and representing the company at industry events.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent corporate and international tax experience, as well as solid leadership, social, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit commercial leadership to achieve individual sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring closure of prospects.
  • Develop ambitious sales plans, recognizing sales opportunities and positioning compliant products and services in alignment with client needs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree with solid exposure to international tax; over 10 years of proven sales experience within financial/ legal services, fiduciary/ trust industry.
  • Excellent corporate and international tax experience, with a solid understanding of BEPS, CRS, FATCA, GAAR, ESR.
  • Well-informed about current legal issues, regulations, tax, and legal developments.
  • Strong leadership, social, and interpersonal skills, with excellent client-facing skills and effective partnering with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Commercial drive, ability to penetrate required markets, and ensure closure of sales.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
