Digital Performance Marketing Leader

We are seeking a results-driven digital marketing professional to lead our performance marketing practice. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing ROI-focused strategies across paid channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms.

  • Develop and execute ROI-focused strategies across paid channels.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trust and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, overseeing external contractors to ensure quality execution.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience, with at least 3+ in an agency leadership role.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Amazon Ads).
  • Experience in high-growth industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or D2C brands.
