The Talent Acquisition Manager will support volume hiring for our location in Hyderabad. This role reports to the TA Head and partners closely with business leaders to understand their strategy and talent needs.
- This role is responsible for talent acquisition volume hiring into BPO - Service Delivery teams.
- Building overall talent strategy, including determining number, skills, and experience of people to be inducted into the organization.
- Working on talent strategy design, planning, acquisition, and forecasting.
- Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
- Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Manager from board approval to onboarding.
