Lead Qualifier & Data Scrubber Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to assist the Marketing and Inside Sales teams by ensuring the quality and integrity of our customer databases. This role will support sales efforts by providing refined, high-quality contact lists for calling campaigns.

This is a hybrid position where you will be essential in assisting the Marketing team with database scrubbing and optimizing the SFDC database and other third-party databases. You will also manage the contact master database in SFDC, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity are maintained. This includes updating market codes and visibility metrics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Database Scrubbing: Assist the Marketing team by scrubbing and optimizing the SFDC database and other third-party databases.
  • Data Integrity: Manage the contact master database in SFDC, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity are maintained. This includes updating market codes and visibility metrics.
  • Sales Support: Provide the inside sales team with refined, accurate lists of contacts for both cold and warm calling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Lead Qualification Manager, and Inside Sales teams to assist with all database scrubbing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in database optimization is required.
  • Language: Expertise in English is essential.
  • Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate should have good telephonic presence, be energetic, and proactive in handling tasks. They must also be organized and detail-oriented to maintain data integrity and assist with data management.
