Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing robust onboarding and training programs for sales teams, as well as overseeing and optimizing sales processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding and training programs for the global sales team.
  • Oversee and optimize sales processes and tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Design and deliver training materials, including manuals, videos, and online modules.
  • Stay current with industry trends to keep training and tools relevant and effective.
  • Streamline sales processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Manage a small team within the sales enablement department.
  • Support innovative problem-solving and process improvements.
  • Enhance sales productivity and effectiveness by providing exceptional training, tools, and process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Ability to manage a small team.
  • Strong business acumen.
