
Sales Enablement Designer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop sales enablement materials that drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences.
Develop a deep understanding of business goals, target audiences, and sales processes to create visual solutions that communicate effectively and resonate with stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design premium, visually appealing sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, whitepapers, infographics, digital advertising, email design, and case studies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create and enhance resources that facilitate sales efforts, including playbooks, ebooks, training guides, presentation decks, and proposal templates.
- Maintain uniformity across all sales and marketing materials in alignment with the company's brand identity and messaging.
- Convert intricate data and analytics into visually appealing, straightforward, and engaging infographics and dashboards that support the sales process and enhance client presentations.
- Work alongside sales and marketing teams to grasp business goals and develop visual solutions that clearly convey essential messages to various target audiences.
- Consultation and collaboration with content creators and subject matter experts to enrich written materials with design features that improve clarity and effectiveness.
- Offer continuous design advisory services, delivering insights on industry best practices, current visual trends, and innovative solutions to enhance sales enablement materials.
- Modify existing templates and designs to align with particular sales situations, customer requirements, or regional market characteristics.
- Consistently refine design assets and ensure they address the changing demands of the sales team through input from clients, sales personnel, management, and stakeholders.
- Oversight of various design initiatives, prioritization of responsibilities, and adherence to deadlines while upholding exceptional design standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Software Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and various design and presentation tools such as Figma and Canva.
- Design Portfolio: A robust portfolio that highlights design skills across multiple formats, especially in business and sales enablement scenarios.
- Communication Abilities: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of interpreting and converting complex information into clear and compelling visual representations.
- Detail Orientation: Strong focus on detail, with a discerning eye for design elements, typography, and overall consistency.
- Innovative Thinking: Skilled in strategic and creative thinking to produce designs that address challenges and support the objectives of the sales team.
- Flexibility: Competent in thriving within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once, and adjusting to shifting priorities.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent teamwork capabilities, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and provide effective consultation.
