We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to spearhead our data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess over 13 years of experience in the field and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, driving cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Define and prioritize product and project backlogs, collaborating closely with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
  • Coordinate UAT, performance testing, and user training for successful rollout, ensuring seamless stakeholder experiences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating agile ceremonies and providing expert guidance.

Requirements:

  • Over 13 years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years in a technical product management or delivery lead role.
  • Hands-on development experience in data engineering, including data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • A solid understanding of modern data architecture, cloud platforms, and DataOps/MLOps practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations effectively.
