Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our testing efforts. As a Senior Automation Test Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications and systems. Your expertise in automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar frameworks will enable us to deliver high-quality software products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute automated test cases to identify defects and improve test coverage.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and develop testing strategies.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects of software designs.
  • Document testing processes, results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and automation trends to enhance the testing strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in automation testing or software testing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for writing automated tests.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
