About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Movate. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients via voice and chat channels.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in technical support with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to our clients, resolving issues related to routers, modems, and network devices. You should have a solid understanding of internet troubleshooting techniques and be able to handle complex issues with ease.

You will also be required to possess critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly and accurately. Self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure are essential qualities for this role.

In addition, you should have a basic understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as internet and networking fundamentals. Candidates should be willing to work a variety of shifts, including night shifts, and be open to flexible working arrangements.

What We Offer:
