Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality communication strategies that elevate brand reputation.
  • Lead reputation management strategies for clients across various industries.
  • Handle crisis communication situations with agility and credibility.
  • Craft compelling narratives with sector relevance and precision.
  • Write and review high-quality content, including press releases and thought leadership pieces.
  • Build and nurture strong media relationships (national, regional, trade & sectoral).
  • Support narrative mapping, reputation audits, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Oversee daily client servicing, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for integrated execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and public sentiment shifts.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, public affairs, or media.
  • Prior experience in working with clients from industrial sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in Crisis + Reputation Management.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and managing multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to work across multiple sectors or open to a sector rotation model.
  • Collaborative, client-centric, and proactive approach.
