As a Strategic Communications Professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of India's leading IPO communication mandates.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for IPOs and capital market transactions, leveraging your expertise to drive stakeholder engagement and build brand reputation.
  • Manage end-to-end financial PR campaigns, including investor communication and media relations, to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial media, analysts, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Create impactful content – press releases, Q&As, messaging documents, and investor communication materials – that effectively communicates key messages and resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver seamless communication support, aligning our efforts with business objectives and driving mutual success.
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of experience in financial communication, capital markets, or public relations, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong understanding of IPO process, SEBI guidelines, and capital market ecosystem, enabling you to provide expert guidance and counsel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • The capacity to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
