As a key player in our digital transformation, you will ensure stakeholders are well-informed and engaged throughout the process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will coordinate change management activities for multiple projects across the enterprise, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Additionally, you will maintain and update our knowledge intranet site to provide relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback to refine our communication strategies, driving greater engagement and adoption.
  • Track and report on communication reach and effectiveness, using data to inform future decisions.
  • Draft clear, concise content tailored to diverse business audiences, showcasing your ability to simplify complex topics.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in change management, change communication, and instructional design is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Studies, Change Management, or a related field is necessary.
  • Knowledge of leading change management methodologies, such as ADKAR and Kotter, is highly valued.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills are essential to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
